On Thursday January 28, 2010 at 2pm a donation was presented in the conference room at Jefferson High School. Mr. Little, a few members of the staff, a few members of Student Senate, and the President of Key Club had a meeting with the Ball Corporation, a local recycling company donation. The administrator Brad Patton and two employees decided to give Jefferson High School a little over $4,000.

Mr. Patton explains, “We wanted to help JHS because Jefferson High School teaches the students job skills. We also look forward into partnering with the school.” This partnership is to invite JHS students to be an employee at Ball Corporation.

Prior to the donation, Mr. Little and staff toured the Ball Corporation.  Excitement was in Mr. Little and everyone that attended. Ball Corporation wishes that the $4,000 goes to the student’s educational experience at JHS.
